Minecelestial why

Hi, lovely reader!

Why Minecelestial? This is a question I sometimes get, so I will answer my why with you in this post. Celestial means out of space, like the heaven. Minecelestial is a place where you can bring your mind and body into heaven in a way of lifestyle. It’s about honoring your body and your beautiful soul, getting rid of unnecessary stress situations and feeling the disconnection of your body and mind. The aim is to help people with the use of yoga & ayurveda with nutrition & lifestyle advice and practicing yoga. Yoga is for me a beautiful science of movement in connection with the breath and your higher consciousness. It helps me to ground and feel more in line with myself and my boundaries.

One of my inspirations is Tara, she is a Tibetan goddess. She helps those who are on their journey of enlightenment. She appears in different forms as the white Tara, the embodiment of compassion and peace. And the green Tara, who is protective and the overcomer of obstacles. She is there to overcome fear and anxiety. The logo is also inspired by the goddess Tara, for minecelestial she is important and helps in the journey.

Her mantra is:” om tare tuttare ture soha” “I prostrate to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victorious Ones.” used for all Tara’s but originally more from the Green Tara.

The green Tara is there ready to step down from her lotus throne to offer comfort and protection from all of the sufferings we experience in the world.

“in a posture of ease and readiness for action. While her left leg is folded in the contemplative position, her right leg is outstretched, ready to spring into action. Green Tara’s left hand is in the refuge-granting mudra (gesture); her right hand makes the boon-granting [giving] gesture. In her hands she also holds closed blue lotuses (utpalas), which symbolize purity and power.”

The Dalai lama wrote something about her: She can save us instantly from 8 particular dangers, each of which represents a corresponding human mental problem: Lions(pride), wild elephants(delusion and ignorance), forest fires(hatred), snakes(jealousy), robbers(wrong views, including fanatical views), prisons(greed and miserliness), floods(desire and attachment), demons(doubts caused by delusion).

The tibetans are praying to her when they are sick, leaving for a long journey or when they hope for success or wealth.

By chanting the mantra they are actually asking to be liberated from the misery of mental delusions and negative emotions that blind us to true freedom, to achieve an enlightened body, speech and mind that Tara is representing. Not only for yourself but for all beings.

At Minecelestial you work on your own mental clarity first by doing meditation, yoga and maybe some ayurveda if you’re interested. So you can feel the clarity in your daily life and get more tools like pranayama or asanas to ground you when needed.

Minecelestial is a space where you will be in your own (mine) world, like your own celestial heavenly space where you can be yourself and get in contact with your body and mind.

I wish you a lovely day,

Much love,

Melanie
